Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing our membership services. It is important to remember that when purchasing a membership, you are purchasing a continuous service and, therefore, exchange will not be possible. However, we understand that circumstances may arise and, therefore, we present our exchange policy below.
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your subscription, you can request cancellation at any time and at no additional cost. However, it will not be possible to exchange it for another monthly fee or service offered by the St Andrew Society.
If you have purchased the monthly fee and decide to cancel before using the service, you will be entitled to the right of repentance, as provided for in Decree 7962 of March 15, 2013, with a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of your contract to cancel the service and receive a full refund.
In addition, in case of force majeure situations that prevent the use of the monthly fee during the contracted period, it is possible to request the cancellation and proportional reimbursement of the annuity. In these cases, it is necessary to present documentation that proves the impossibility of using the service, such as a medical certificate or proof of change of address.

Event Ticket Exchange Policy
Ticket exchange for a future event will be possible as long as the event has not yet taken place and that any cost changes are respected. Before the event, the customer has the right of repentance after the purchase and can request a refund of the ticket up to 7 days before the event. However, reimbursement for no-show at the event will only be possible in case of duly proven force majeure.
If the customer decides to exchange the ticket for another event, this exchange will be subject to ticket availability and any differences in value, which must be paid by the customer. The exchange request must be made at least 7 days before the originally purchased event.
It is important to note that, once the event has taken place, it will not be possible to exchange or request a refund of the ticket, except in cases of force majeure.
